Amzi
Amzi was the name of a Levite descended from Merari and of a priestly ancestor from the family of Adaiah. Both are mentioned in genealogical or postexilic records.

Amzi, meaning “my strength,” was the name of two men. One was a Levite of the family of Merari. The other was a priest of the family of Adaiah who served in the second temple; his father was Zechariah.
