Hamongog
The valley named for the multitude of Gog, where the forces defeated in Ezekiel’s prophecy are to be buried.
Definition
Hamongog is another form of Hamon-gog, meaning “the multitude of Gog.” It is the name given to the ravine where Gog and his multitude are to be buried.
Biblical Usage
The name is bestowed on the valley after the burial there of Gog and his multitude, replacing its earlier designation as the ravine of the passengers east of the sea.
