Pibeseth
Pibeseth was an Egyptian city identified with Bubastis, the center of worship of the goddess Bubastis. It is mentioned in Ezekiel’s prophecy against Egypt.
Definition
Pibeseth was a town of Lower Egypt, the same as Bubastis, named from the goddess Bubastis. It stood on the west bank of the Pelusiac branch of the Nile, about forty miles from Memphis, and was evidently an important city.

Pibeseth is mentioned in Ezekiel 30:17 in the prophecy concerning the doom of Egypt.
