Alleluia

Alleluia is the Greek form of Hallelujah, meaning “praise the Lord.” It is used in songs of praise, especially in the Psalms and in heaven’s worship in Revelation.
Biblical Usage
Alleluia appears in Revelation 19 in the worship of heaven. The corresponding Hebrew expression begins or ends several Psalms, including Psalms 106 and 111–113, and marks them as hymns of praise and thanksgiving.
