ARGUE
To argue can mean to reason with, answer back, or challenge another’s position. In Job 40:2 it translates a word that literally relates to being right and is used in a disputing context.
Biblical Usage
The Revised Version uses “argue” in Job 40:2. The King James Version renders the same word “reproach.”
