Avim
The Avim were an ancient people living in villages or encampments along the southwest coast. They were displaced by the Caphtorim and are also called Avites.
Biblical Usage
The Avim are mentioned in connection with the peoples dwelling in the southwestern coastal region. A later reference calls them Avites.
