Carriage
Carriage in older Bible English often means baggage, goods, equipment, or a load carried during travel, rather than a wheeled vehicle.
Biblical Usage
The word describes valuables or booty, a beast’s load, military equipment and baggage, and the belongings packed by Paul’s company when they traveled. The Revised Version commonly uses “goods,” “baggage,” or “the things that you carried.”
