Cart
A cart was a simple wheeled vehicle, usually drawn by oxen, used to carry people, produce, burdens, or sacred objects.
Biblical Usage
Carts carried the ark and its sacred utensils, though a later attempt to transport the ark by cart proved disastrous. Scripture also uses a cart rope figuratively for the power of sinful habits; the meaning of another figurative reference is obscure.
