Counsellor
A counsellor is an adviser or official who gives guidance to a ruler or another person. The title is applied supremely to the promised Messiah in Isaiah 9:6.
Biblical Usage
Scripture speaks of counsellors in relation to wisdom and royal government. The title is also applied to the Messiah in Isaiah 9:6, while Joseph of Arimathea is probably called a counsellor as a member of the Jewish Sanhedrin.
