CRIB
A crib was a barred container or feeding trough for animals, used in barns, folds, or fields. Scripture uses the term for the feeding place of cattle and even the wild ox.
Biblical Usage
Scripture refers to the wild ox’s crib, contrasts a clean crib with the presence of no oxen, and says that the ox knows its owner and its master’s crib.
