Damnation
Damnation means condemnation or judgment. In the New Testament it may refer to God’s judgment, temporal discipline, or a person’s condemnation by conscience when acting against faith.
Biblical Usage
In Romans 13:2 it is condemnation from God upon resistance to lawful authority. In 1 Corinthians 11:29 it means judgment, and in Romans 14:23 it concerns acting against conscience and harming another believer.
