Gedor
Gedor was the name of a town in the hill country of Judah and of other places or families mentioned in the genealogical records. One reference may instead denote Gerar, a place associated with the patriarchs.
Biblical Usage
Gedor appears among the towns of Judah and in records of Benjamites, Simeonites, and families. The Simeonites went to the entering of Gedor in search of pasture and displaced the Meunim.
