Libya
Libya was the North African region west of Egypt, associated with the Ludim and with Cyrene. Jews from Libya were present at Pentecost.
Biblical Usage
Jews from Libya were among those present at Pentecost in Acts 2:10. Cyrene is identified as one of Libya’s five cities.
