Nicopolis
Niger was the additional name of Simeon, a teacher and prophet in the church at Antioch who participated in the early missionary work of the church.
Biblical Usage
Paul directed Titus to come to Nicopolis because he had decided to winter there. The epistle itself does not determine which city of that name was intended.
