Rechab

Rechab means “horseman” or “rider.” The name belongs to a captain under Ish-bosheth and to the father of Jehonadab, ancestor of the Rechabites.
Biblical Usage
Rechab appears in the account of Ish-bosheth’s captains. The other Rechab is identified through his son Jehonadab and the Rechabite family.
