Riblah

Riblah was a strategic town near the Orontes River in the land of Hamath. Pharaoh Necho and Nebuchadnezzar used it as a headquarters, and Zedekiah was brought there after Jerusalem fell.
Biblical Usage
Pharaoh-necoh established his headquarters at Riblah after defeating Josiah and there deposed Jehoahaz. Nebuchadnezzar also directed his campaign against Jerusalem from Riblah, where Zedekiah was brought after Jerusalem fell.
