Roboam is the Greek form of Rehoboam, the son and successor of Solomon. He is included in the genealogy of Jesus in Matthew.
Biblical Usage
Roboam appears in Matthew 1:7 in the genealogy of Jesus; the Revised Version uses the form Rehoboam.
