Salathiel
Salathiel is the Greek form of Shealtiel, the father of Zerubbabel and an ancestor in the genealogy of Jesus. The name is also used for Ezra in an apocryphal book.
Biblical Usage
Salathiel appears in the genealogies of Jesus in Matthew and Luke and in genealogical records associated with Zerubbabel. The biblical records describe him as the son of Jeconiah in one line and the son of Neri in another.
