Toi
Toi was king of Hamath. After David defeated Hadadezer, Toi sent his son Joram with gifts to congratulate David and acknowledge his victory.
Biblical Usage
Toi’s action is presented as acknowledgment of David’s victory and as homage through his son’s embassy.
