Achaicus of Corinth

Achaicus was a Corinthian Christian who visited Paul and is named with Stephanas and Fortunatus near the close of 1 Corinthians.
Biography
In 1 Corinthians 16, Paul says he rejoiced at the arrival of Stephanas, Fortunatus, and Achaicus because they supplied what was lacking from the Corinthians' absence and refreshed both his spirit and theirs. Paul urged the church to recognize such people. Scripture provides no further certain details about Achaicus, and the later tradition that numbers him among the seventy disciples is not stated in the New Testament.
