Jubal was a son of Lamech and Adah and is described as the ancestor or pioneer of those who play the lyre and pipe.
Biography
Genesis 4:21 names Jubal as Jabal's brother in the line of Cain. The text identifies him as the father of those who play stringed and wind instruments. No other personal narrative is preserved.
