Pahath-Moab is primarily a clan or family designation associated with a large group of Judean returnees from exile rather than a clearly narrated individual.

Biography

Ezra 2 and Nehemiah 7 list the descendants of Pahath-Moab among the families returning from Babylon. Members of this family appear elsewhere in Ezra and Nehemiah in connection with later returns, covenant commitments, and Jerusalem's restoration. The expression may preserve an ancestral or official title, but Scripture does not provide a personal biography for an individual Pahath-Moab.

Biblical Significance

This record is better handled as a family or clan designation than as an ordinary Bible person unless the underlying database source establishes a specific individual.
