Son of Uzai
Palal son of Uzai was one of the men who repaired Jerusalem's wall under Nehemiah.
Biography
Nehemiah 3:25 identifies Palal son of Uzai as repairing a section of the wall opposite the angle and the tower projecting from the upper palace near the court of the guard. Scripture gives no other information about him.
Biblical Significance
Palal is one of the many otherwise little-known individuals whose participation demonstrates the broad communal effort behind Nehemiah's rebuilding of Jerusalem.
