Maacah
Economy and Trade
Maacah likely depended on local farming, herding, and traffic through the northern borderlands, as did other small communities in this region.
If its territory included routes around the Hula Valley or Mount Hermon, movement between inland Syria, the Jordan Valley, and the Mediterranean coast would have mattered economically.
No surviving records provide a direct account of Maacahite taxation, trade, or production.
