BUNDLE

A bundle is a group of things tied or gathered together. The Bible also uses the image figuratively of being bound in the “bundle of the living,” signifying safety and preservation under God’s care.
Bunni

Bunni was the name of Levites associated with the worshiping community after the exile. The textual details are uncertain, and some passages may preserve variant readings of related names.
Burden
Christian Life - Both
A burden is a load, task, duty, hardship, or responsibility that must be carried. In prophetic passages it can mean an oracle, often one announcing judgment; spiritually, believers are called to bear one another’s burdens while accepting their own responsibilities.

Burial is the placing of the dead in a grave, tomb, or family sepulchre. Biblical burials commonly involved prompt interment, washing and wrapping the body, mourning, and burial in a natural or rock-cut tomb; Jesus was buried in a new tomb.

Burial sepulchres were graves or tombs, often natural caves or chambers cut into rock for family use. They could contain several burial places and were sometimes closed with a stone or otherwise marked.
BURIER
Death & Afterlife - Old Testament
A burier is a person appointed to bury the dead. In Ezekiel’s vision, buriers followed those searching the land and marked places where human remains were found.
Burnt offering
Worship & Prayer - Old Testament
A burnt offering was an animal sacrifice wholly consumed on the altar, except for the ashes. It symbolized complete dedication and surrender to God and was offered daily, on Sabbaths and festivals, and on special occasions.
Bush
God - Both
A bush is a low woody plant or thorny shrub. Most biblical references concern the bush in which the Lord appeared to Moses in flames without consuming it; its exact species is uncertain, though an acacia or related thorn bush is suggested.
BUSH, BURNING
God - Old Testament
The burning bush was the bush in which God revealed Himself to Moses in flames that did not consume it. This theophany marked God’s holy presence and His call for Moses to lead Israel from Egypt.
Bushel
Measures & Money - New Testament
A bushel was a dry measure, approximately a peck. In Jesus’ teaching, the word chiefly pictures a container placed over a lamp to hide its light rather than a precise measurement.
BUSHY
Agriculture & Daily Life - Old Testament
Bushy describes hair that is trailing, pendulous, or possibly curly. The term is used in the Song of Solomon for the beloved’s appearance.
BUSINESS
Agriculture & Daily Life - Both
Business can mean work, employment, affairs, dealings, or a matter requiring attention. In the New Testament it may refer to the Father’s affairs, diligent service, honest work, or ordinary responsibilities.
BUSYBODY
Sin & Judgment - New Testament
A busybody is someone who meddles in other people’s affairs, spreads gossip, or interferes instead of working responsibly. The apostles condemn such conduct as contrary to Christian love, trust, and orderly living.
Butler
Government & Society - Old Testament
A butler, or cupbearer, was an important royal officer responsible for the king’s wine and other drinks. Nehemiah held this trusted position under King Artaxerxes.
Butter
Agriculture & Daily Life - Old Testament
Biblical butter commonly refers to curdled or thickened milk, sometimes a semi-liquid cream or butter-like substance. It was a valued food offered to guests and used in ordinary meals.

Buying is the act of obtaining goods, property, or provisions by barter, negotiation, or payment. Biblical examples range from Abraham’s purchase of a burial field to the market trade and commercial activity of New Testament times.
Buz
People & Groups - Old Testament
Buz was the name of Nahor’s son, a chief of the tribe of Gad, and a district in Arabia mentioned by Jeremiah. Elihu, Job’s counselor, was a descendant of Buz.
Buzi

Buzi was the father of Ezekiel the prophet. He is mentioned in the opening identification of Ezekiel’s prophetic ministry.

Scripture - New Testament
In the expression “by myself” in 1 Corinthians 4:4, “by” has the obsolete sense of “against.” Paul means that his conscience does not acquit him, even though he is not aware of wrongdoing.
By and by
Other - New Testament
“By and by” is an old English expression that in several King James Version passages means immediately, straightway, or at once. It does not mean “after some time” in those contexts.
