Baana was the name of several men, including two officials who supplied Solomon’s court, the father of a builder in Nehemiah’s time, and a leader who returned from exile.
Biblical Usage
The two officers supplied Solomon’s court. Baana’s other appearances connect the name with temple or city building and with the postexilic return.
